You’ve been to those sites that lure you in with the promise of free images to use for your blog/website, brochures, business cards, etc.
You go to them and they’re full of advertisements and when you click on a link, thinking you’re going to the photos you want to see, you end up on another website with more advertisements and pop-ups coming from out of nowhere.
Is there any relief from this scenario?
Some of you have been to “that place” before. You’re hunting high and low for a background image for your site or a client’s site and everything is either just a bit off or way off. This background image is too bright. That background image is too dark. The other background image just isn’t right. Now you know how Goldilocks must have felt.
If you can’t find the perfect, pre-created background image, then create your own.
Image editing/creation applications like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Fireworks would do the job, but what happens when you don’t have access to these applications?
